Rosinda De La Pena, MD

Dr. De La Pena

Rosinda (Ro, not Row Row Your Boat) was born a Valley Girl but raised in Texas. She then attended Baylor (Go Bears!) where she obtained a degree in BS. She subsequently attended Saint George's Medical School where she obtained an MD. When not working as a resident, she loves to travel. She has lived all over the world. She loves to play soccer, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Krystine Haglin, MD

Dr. Haglin

Krystine was born and raised in Colorado and has a thing for Payton Manning. She attended Northern Arizona University where she got a degree in Exercise Science (yup, thats a thing). She then attended St George's (where she was besties with Ro) where she got her MD. When not working as a resident, she loves to be outdoors with her dog "Moose". She kayaks, camps, hikes, boats, skis, snowboards etc. She is learning how to golf.

Sophia Halassy, MD

Dr. Halassy

Sophia was born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada. She attended three different colleges (could not make up her mind). They were University of New Brunswick, McMaster University and Dalhousie University. She has degrees in mathematics, genomics and bioinformatics. She is clearly the nerd of the class. She then attended American University of the Caribbean where she obtained MD. When not working as a resident, she likes to go boating, play with puppies, exercise and watching sports (definitely not reading). She is on track to be the princess of the class as well.

Vanessa Rota, MD

Dr. Rota

Vanessa grew up in Woodbridge, Canada. She did her undergrad at University of Western Ontario where she got a degree in Health Sciences (usless per her) and masters in Medical Biophysics despite the fact that she cannot add 5+10. She then attended St. Georges with Krystine and Ro (knew them but not friends) where she got her MD. When not working as a resident, she snowboards, snowmobile and skates (clearly lives in the north). She loves baking and cooking (main reason she matched). She can make a fine meatball!

Alexander Shilling, DO

Dr. Halassy

Alex (aka Lynne) was born in New Orleans but was raised in Denver (he does not have a thing for Payton Manning). He attended the Colorado School of Mines where he got a degree in Chemistry. He then went to Regis Philbin University where he got a masters in Biomedical Science. He attended Rocky Vista University where he obtained his DO. When not working as a resident, he loves to hang with is Wife and Daughter (very sweet!). He likes hiking, camping, duck hunting and volleyball. He is a bad fisherman, but has fun. He has an odd obsession with Maps.

Second Years, Class of 2020

Christina Andreozzi, MD

Dr. Andreozzi

Christina was born in raised in Windsor (kind of fringe Canada). She went to Wayne State University, getting a Bachelors in Biology and a Masters in Basic Medical Science. She then went to Medical School in Sint Maarten at the American University of the Caribbean. When not working as a resident, she likes to bake. She is such a baking nerd, she once did it professionally. She also is a big home body. She paints, sews and makes quilts. She also likes to spend time with her family. She already has one child, but is contributing to the obstetrical community by having another.

Mona Bazargan, DO

Dr. Bazargan

Mona was born in raised in California, she is basically a (Silicon) Valley Girl. She went to UC San Diego where she got a degree in Biology with a music minor. She is basically an expert in the Ukulele. After graduating, she did several years of research at the VA hospital trying to figure out heart disease in sheep. She then attended MSU COM (Go Spartans!) for medical school. When not working as a resident, she likes to sew. Her favorite is to start a project and never finish. She is very unhealthily physically inactive and spends most of her time on Netflix.

Deborah Cohen, MD

Dr. Cohen

Deborah was born and raised in Montreal (thats in Canada for all you Americans), where they have the worlds best bagels. She was a bit of an over-achiever speaking 3 languages and obtaining 2 degrees. She went to both Concordia University (degree in Cell and Molecular Biology) and U de M (Montreal not Michigan) where she got a degree in Physical Therapy. She then moved to Tel Aviv where she attended Sackler Medical School. When not working as a resident, she likes to cook. She went to culinary school (see, over-achiever) and can actually do it quite well. She likes to hip hop dance and swim.

Abhishek Sharma, MD

Dr. Sharma

Abhishek was born and raised in Chennai, India. He came to the United States (Texas) to complete his undergraduate education at U of T Dallas. After getting a degree in Biology, he attended Medical School at Ross School of Medicine on Dominica. When not working as a resident he enjoys sports and running. He loves to eat a lot of food. He is a very sterotypical guy.

Ashlee Pascoe, MD

Dr. Sharma

Ashlee was born and raised in Walled Tuckey, Michigan. She is a Spartan, getting a degree from MSU in biology. She attended Medical School with Abhishek in Ross. When not working as a resident, she likes to shop and binge watch reality TV (Very Big Bachelor Fan). She loves spending time with her family and dog. She has a long standing boyfriend finally popped the question!

Third Years, Class of 2019

Abigail Beauchamp, MD

Dr. Beauchamp

Abby was born and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She then attended University of Michigan where she obtained a degree in Microbiology and Spanish (more or less the same thing). She then attended Wayne State University where she obtained her MD. When not working as a resident, she watches a lot of TV. She really likes to travel and spent some time in Spain. She plays tennis and reads. She will stalk Pinterest for Gluten Free recipes. She loves Detroit, except for sports that she does not really like. Otherwise, she is as boring as her classmate Kruti.

Simisola Caxton-Idowu, MD

Dr. Caxton-Idowu

Simi was born in Nigeria, but raised in Canada (she thinks). She attended the University of Western Ontario where she obtained a degree in Kinesiology. She then went to Saba Island where she obtained her MD from Saba University. When not working as a resident, she loves to travel. She is lucky that her parents pay for a trip every 4 years or so. She has now been to 24 countries, great parents! She likes "Hot Yoga", although I am not sure why. She believes that Candy should be food group, and she likes to read while eating sweets. She has "last born syndrome", so we may have to spend some time taming the "princess" behavior!

Kristen Kent, MD

Dr. Kent

Kristen was born and raised locally in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. She then attended Albion College where she obtained a degree in Biology and Neuroscience. She attended Medical School in St. Martin at American University of Caribbean where she obtained her MD. When not working as a resident, she enjoys baking, yoga and reading. She is an accomplished figure skater and a wine connoisseur.

Kruti Patel, MD

Dr. Patel

Kruti was born in India and raised in Toronto. She attended University of Waterloo where she obtained a degree in Honors Health Sciences Co-op. After that she attended Ross University for Medical School in Dominica where she obtained her MD. When not working as a resident, she likes to socialize with her friends and partake in outdoorsy things but otherwise is quite boring. She enjoys mocking her friends, and should fit in well at Providence! She loves a "Butt Warmer" (normal people call them car seat warmers), Taco Bell (actually all eating), dancing & bullying her Program Director. She is fluent in 5 languages (5th one being sarcasm) and wants us to know that the way to her heart is through coffee!

Mariko Rajamand, DO

Dr. Rajamand

Mariko was born in the most beautiful place in the country, Phoenix Arizona. She went to Cal State University, Long Beach where she obtained a degree in Biology, Physiology and Chemistry (on the down low). She also played volleyball while she was there. After that, she spent 3 years working in Rehab so we may need her help with Kristen. She then attended Midwestern University in Glendale where she obtained her DO. While in Medical School, she met the love of her life and got first hand experience in OB by having 2 babies. When not working as a resident, she more or less plays with her kids. They suck up all her time, mostly outdoors. She does an "Ellen" dance every day in her living room with her Daughters.

Fourth Year Residents, Class of 2018

Hilary Frank, DO; Administrative Chief

Dr. Frank

Hilary started out life in South Korea as a twin but moved to Minnesota where she grew up in her adopted home. She did her undergraduate at Seattle Pacific University obtaining a degree in Biology. She got her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences. When not working as a resident, she likes to run (so she can eat more). She has the honor of being the shortest resident in the program. She loves to shop and travel, and is thrilled to blow her newly obtained paycheck!

Anna Kalbfell, MD; Clinic Chief

Dr. Kalbfell

Anna was born on a farm in rural Indiana (actually in the nearby hospital, not in a manger). She went to Purdue, and she is a passionate Boilermaker! She got a degree in neurobiology and physiology (excessive nerd). She went to medical school at Indiana University (she was very conflicted). For fun, she likes to garden and drink gluten free beer (usually at the same time). She loves swimming and has 14 cats (no kids).

Sasha Mikhael, MD; Academic Chief

Dr. Mikhael

Sasha was born in Toronto (that's in Canada). She stayed at home and went to school at University of Toronto where she played on the varsity water polo team and got a degree in human biology and french literature. Sasha speaks 3 languages (Canadian, Arabic and French). She went to medical school at Saba University in the Caribbean. She absolutely loves rap music but hates carbs. She spends an excessive amount of time reading food labels and exercising. She likes swimming, snowboarding and water sports.

Sheiva Tsay, MD; Scheduling Chief

Dr. Tsay

Sheiva was born and raised in the Windy City (Chicago). She went to Lake Forest College where she got a degree in sociology and anthropology. She subsequently went to Rosalind Franklin University where she obtained a masters in biomedical science. She got her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. When not working as a resident, she likes lots of girly things like cooking, photography and painting her nails. She also loves hair styling and makeup. She is excessively organized, which should serve her well as a resident.

Class of 2017

Cortney Casper, MD

Dr. Casper

Cortney was born in Mexico and raised in southeastern Idaho. After achieving a BS in Computer Science at Stevens-Henager College and an MD at the American University of Caribbean he came to Providence. When not working as a resident, he enjoyed spending time with his 5 daughters, son and wife (who can really cook). He was an avid runner who enjoys all outdoor activities.

Cortney was a joy to have for four years. He has one of the most calming personalities of any previous graduate! He easily fell into the role as "token male" for his class. During his time at Providence, we all got to know his family. He will always be remembered as a caring, dedicated and loving husband / father; especially by everyone who was at Graduation! Dr. Casper will be moving on to private practice in Gaylord Michigan. We wish him the best!

Farina Islam, MD, Clinic Chief

Dr. Casper

Farina was born in Bangladesh and raised as a southern belle in Georgia. She subsequently received a BS in Biology from Kennasaw State University in Georgia. She attended Medical School at Ross University School of Medicine where she obtained her MD degree. When not working as a resident, she loved to eat (especially international food) & travel. She enjoys all outdoor activities.

Farina was known for being one of the nicest people alive. She had a reputation for having a kind and caring bedside manner. She was a good, well rounded resident that everyone enjoyed working with. We are very pleased that she has decided to stay with us after graduation to work as Clinic faculty.

Maria Lagopoulos, MD, Administrative Chief

Dr. Lagopoulos

Maria was born in Toronto, but spent her childhood on the beach in Barbados. She then moved to Old Jersey (Channel Islands in the UK) for 5 years following which she finished high school back in Toronto. She got a BHSc in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario. She then attended Medical School at St. George's University School of Medicine where she obtained her MD. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed travel. She likes dancing, yoga, running and cooking. She does not want anyone to know, but she enjoys cleaning.

Maria had a natural leadership ability that developed as her residency progressed. This led to her year as Administrative Chief. She did a great job and set the bar high for Hilary. After graduation, she will be moving to Buffalo to become partners with Kyla. Should be a great combo!

Kyla Marte, MD

Dr. Marte

Kyla was born and raised in Swift Current, Canada. She then got her degree in Physiology from the University of Saskatchewan. She attended Medical School at Saba University Medical School where she obtained her MD. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed all fitness activities. She also enjoyed cooking. She enjoyed music and plays multiple instruments.

During residency, Kyla left her mark. She was one of the smartest residents to graduate from Providence! During her residency, we all had the pleasure to experience her musical abilities when she did a Taylor Swift cover at Graduation (while she was a third year). She should be a great combo working in Buffalo with Maria! We are sure she will represent Providence well.

Christanna Schuman, MD, Scheduling Chief

Dr. Schuman

Christanna was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She attended Centre College, where she obtained a BA in Art History. She subsequently went to Medical School at the University of Louisville where she obtained her MD. When not working as a resident, she was an exercise nut, doing crossfit. She really really really likes gardening, likely a result of her experience working a dairy farm in Osceola, Wisconsin. She loves backpacking, and spent the summer before starting at Providence hiking the Kalalau Trail in Hawaii.

During her residency, she left her mark. Christanna was probably the most talented painter to ever grace our halls! She was very caring and loved to advocate for her beliefs. She never followed the pack. She made her own way through residency. She did us a great service working as the Scheduling Chief her senior year. At this time this is being written, she is not sure of her future plans. No matter what she decides, she will be successful! We are proud of the physician she has become.

Class of 2016

Jennifer Borson, MD, Scheduling Chief

Dr. Borson

Jenna grew up in Michigan getting a BS in Brain Behavior and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Michigan. She subsequently went to Wayne State University where she received her MD degree. When not working as a resident, she liked to do yoga and jazzercise. She enjoys traveling and hiked Machu Picchu (Peru) just prior to starting residency. She also loved spending time with the love of her life, Josh!

During residency, Jenna distinguished herself by being the most organized resident in the history of the world. She was a well respected educator who spent a lot of time teaching her juniors and medical students. She also became a tremendous clinician and we are honored to have her come on staff at Providence!

Ashley Gardner, MD, Clinic Chief

Dr. Gardner

Ashley grew up on the West side of Michigan and did her undergraduate education at Albion College getting a BA in Biology. She subsequently attended the American University of the Caribbean for Medical School where she got her MD. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed tennis, golf and trashy television shows. She probably still loves to "get down on the dance floor", and was pivotal in the decision of location for her graduation (had to have a dance floor).

During her residency, Ashley made a solid impression as a clinician, but also as a colleague and friend. She will be remembered as a caring and friendly person. After graduation, she joined one of our former graduates in Ann Arbor practicing out of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti. We have no doubt she will go on to represent our program well!

Candice Geist, DO

Dr. Geist

Candice grew up in Phoenix. She subsequently attended University of Northern Colorado on a Swimming Scholarship (100 fly, 50 & 100 free) where she got a BS in Biology and BA in Political Science. She then went to Medical School at RVUCOM where she got her DO. When not working as a resident, she was obsessed with her husband and two dogs. She also helped to contribute to the Hospital's bottom line by delivering her son in our L&D! She enjoys working out (swimming and running) and likes to do triathlons.

Candice left her mark at Providence. She was a joy to work with and always put a smile on peoples faces. She became a very skilled surgeon during her tenure. After graduation, she will be moving to Colorado to join South Denver Ob/Gyn in Castle Rock. We have no doubt that she will be successful, and bring a little cheer to the Rockies!

Alison Sullivan, DO

Dr. Sullivan

Alison grew up in New Orleans and did her undergraduate education at the University of Louisiana at Monroe getting a BS in Biology. She subsequently went to medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she obtained her DO. In her free time she likes to run, cycle and is partially obsessed with her kids and husband. She enjoys reading and organizing.

During residency, she definitely left her mark. She will be remembered as a strong, funny and caring physician who had some of the best technical skills in the OR of any graduate! She will be moving to Tennessee to join Wellmont Medical Associates Women's Health in private practice. We have no doubt that she will be successful!

Urva Naik, MD, Administrative Chief

Dr. Naik

Urva grew up in Canada, doing her undergraduate education at the University of Waterloo obtaining a degree in Biomedical Sciences. She subsequently went to St. George's University for Medical School obtaining her MD degree. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed movies, professional hockey (Toronto Maple Leafs fan), reading and she wanted to learn how to cook (not successful, unfortunately). She loves to travel and plans to get to 40 countries before she gets to 40 years old.

Urva was a pleasure to have as a resident. She has excellent technical skills and great clinical judgement. As an oddity, she has the uncanny ability to answer any multiple choice question, even when she has absolutely no knowledge in the subject.

Over the years she became more and more involved with solving problems, so she became the obvious choice for Administrative Chief. She did an excellent job, and helped to make the program better. We are thrilled she is staying on at Providence and anticipate her becoming one of our better teachers! There is no doubt she will become successful.

Class of 2015

Derick Fenton, MD, Clinic Chief

Dr. Fenton

Derick did his undergraduate education at University of Wyoming where he received a BS degree. He subsequently attended the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine for his medical education. When not working as a resident, he spent time with his 5 children and wonderful wife. He also enjoys taking the time to play on a club soccer team and some football, basketball or Mountain Biking on the weekends. He enjoyed attending Tigers and Wolverines games.

Derick was a joy to have during residency. It was clear early on that he is one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure to work with. He will be remembered for his friendliness, kindness and empathetic approach to patient care. After Graduation, Derick moved west to Colorado to pursue a private practice. We know he will continue to be successful.

Geoffrey Gordon, MD, Administrative Chief

Dr. Gordon

Geoff did his undergraduate education at Oakland University obtaining a BS in Biology. He subsequently did his medical education at Wayne State University School of Medicine. When not working during residency, he was a fan of all Detroit sports temas and especialy loves baseball. He plans to continue to represent Detroit in his future travels. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family. He and his lovely wife Rachel have two beautiful sons. Bradley was delivered at Providence Hospital the day before residency began and Sammy 2 years later.

During residency, it was clear the Geoff was destined for greater pastures. He had a passion for research and high risk obstetrics from the day he started. He was an independent thinker, and was able to successfully match in an MFM fellowship at The University of Wisconsin. We have no doubt that he will change the world!

Sabiya Raja, MD, Scheduling Chief

Dr. Raja

Sabiya was born in Zimbabwe, Africa, but grew up a valley girl in California. She did her undergraduate education at University of California, Davis obtaining a degree in English and Biological Sciences. After undergrad she obtained a Masters of Public Health from St. George's University. She subsequently did her medical education at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada. When not working as a resident, Sabiya liked baking, Pilates, chocolate making and tennis.

During residency, Sabiya left her mark. She was a joy to work with and will always be remembered for her "Bobble Head"! After Graduation, she moved west to finally live with her husband and pursue private practice in Sunny California! We wish her the best!

Aliese Smith, MD

Dr. Smith

Aliese attended Ross University in Dominica for her Medical Education. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed traveling and has been all over Europe, to China and several islands in the Caribbean. Her favorite city is Florence, Italy. Aliese was new to Michigan and was able to adopt like a native.

During residency, Aliese demonstrated a consistent ability to stay "Cool under pressure". She was always a calming influence. At Graduation, we found out that she could even function as a professional singer! After Graduation, she moved back to Florida to pursue Private Practice. Michigan's loss will be Florida's gain. With her bedside manner, she should be very busy in a heartbeat!

Class of 2014

Meredith Brawley, DO, Scheduling Chief

Dr. Brawley

Meredith did her undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin obtaining a BS in Textile and Apparel Design. She then got her medical education at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. When she was not working as a resident, she enjoyed running, traveling, movies and hanging out with her friends and family.

Meredith left her mark on Providence. She was a real "people person" who was a pleasure to work with. She knew when someone was coming into the ER before that person even made the decision to come in! After graduation, Meredith moved back to Wisconsin to join a private practice and be near her family and friends.

Nitasha Jain, MD, Administrative Chief

Dr. Jain

Nitasha did her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan obtaining a BS in Biology. She subsequently did her medical education at St. Georges University in Grenada. When she was not working as a resident, she enjoyed hiking, running, traveling, cultrual dancing, crossword puzzles, music and ice hockey (Go Wings!!).

Nitasha started as shy as a choir mouse...boy did that change! It was our pleasure to see her develop her skills and advance to lead the program. She did a great job as Administrative Chief, setting the bar high for future Chief's. She is moving to the East side to join in Private Practice after graduation.

Aliya Ladha, MD

Dr. Ladha

Aliya did her undergraduate education at the University of Waterloo in Ontario. She received a BS in Kinesiology. She subsequently got a MBS in Physical Activity and Cancer at the University of Alberta. She received her medical education at the American University of the Caribbean. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed traveling to new places far and away, yoga, movies, hiking and the outdoors. She had the opportunity to work abroad during her residency.

Aliya was a solid resident while at Providence. She was known for having an impeccable work ethic and striving to meet the highest standards.

After graduation, Aliya is moving to Pennsylvania to join a private practice. Knowing Aliya, we have no doubt she will excel! She will be missed here at Providence.

Lynda Piboon, MD

Dr. Piboon

Lynda did her undergraduate education at the State University of New York at Stony Brook obtaining a BS in Biology. She received her medical education at Ross University School of Medicine. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed cooking, eating, shopping, spinning/working out and sappy romantic comedies.

Lynda will be remembered for two things during her time at Providence: her sensitive caring nature and her voracious appetite! In fact, many have commented that they had no idea one person could consume so much food! Lynda will be going back home to New York after graduation to go into Private Practice.

Class of 2013

Christopher Bauer, MD

Dr. Bauer

Chris did his undergraduate education at Fordham University in New York. He subsequently did his medical education at the American University of the Caribbean. While not working as a resident, he enjoyed the many cultural and sporting events the Detroit area has to offer. He also enjoys rooting for the Detroit Red Wings. He spends his free time reading, jogging and hanging out with family and friends.

Chris was only with us for 2 short years, but they are years we will never forget. Chris was able to make the transition to Providence with style and grace. He is planning to go into practice back near family in New Jersey. Between him and Harjeet, we got both coasts covered!

Meghan Griffin, DO

Dr. Griffin

Meghan got her undergraduate education at Michigan State University obtaining a BS in Materials Science Engineering. She subsequently got her medical education at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed yoga, gardening, sewing and spending time with friends and her dog "KoKoFace".

Meghan was known as the "social queen" while at Providence. She always had something going on. She spent half her senior year picking out her graduation dress (it looked great!). She continued her education after graduation completing a Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. We are honored to have her return to Providence to teach the next generation of residents!

Katie Kloss, DO, Scheduling Chief

Katie did her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan where she obtained a BS in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science. She subsequently received her medical education at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed biking, travel, spending time with family and friends, hiking, working out, tennis and outdoor activities.

During her residency, Katie became known as "the nicest person you could ever meet". Everyone loved working with her! She was insightful and kind. She is moving to live on Lake Michigan to join Bronson and Associates in Portage Michigan. We have no doubt she will be successful!

Harjeet Sekhon, MD, Administrative Chief

Dr. Sekhon

Harjeet did her undergraduate education at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster where she received a BA in Spanish and Pre-med. She subsequently did her medical education at Medical University of the Americas. When she was not working as a resident, she enjoyed reading, hanging out with friends and family, cooking Indian food, dancing and traveling.

Harjeet left her mark on Providence, serving as the Administrative Chief Resident during her senior year. She was known as a hard worker who cared deeply for her patients. She is moving west to pursue private practice and be closer to her family in Seattle. The west coasts gain is our loss!

Class of 2012

Brandi Jones, DO, Administrative Chief

Dr. Jones

Brandi did her undergraduate education at Hampton University in Virginia obtaining a BS in Biology. She subsequently did her medical education at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed lighthearted and entertaining movies, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

During her time at Providence Hospital, Dr. Jones left her mark. She was known as a person who could, literally, say anything and get away with it. She was a competent and qualified practitioner and did a great job as Administrative Chief. After graduation, she headed to the Washington DC area to fulfill her commitment to the National Health Services Core. She joined Unity Healthcare affiliated with Howard University.

Joelle Mays, MD, Scheduling Chief

Dr. Mays

Joelle did her undergraduate education at Wayne State University in Detroit, obtaining a BS in biological sciences. She subsequently stayed on to obtain her medical education. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed traveling, spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys boating and hosting social events.

Joelle was a pleasure to work with during her 4 years at Providence. She was great with the patients, but also developed a reputation of being great with the juniors and medical students. Her "motherly" approach was well appreciated. She also went to work in the Washington DC area in private practice after graduation.

Ruhee Sidhu, MD

Dr. Sidhu

Ruhee did her undergraduate education at the University of Szeged in Hungary with a science major. She subsequently did her medical education at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed hiking, cross country skiing and hockey. She likes to read and spend time with her friends and family.

Dr. Sidhu left so much of a mark on Providence, we did not let her go. She has stayed on staff as partners with one of our full time faculty, Dr. Sherryl Hinton. We look forward to many years of continued contributions to resident education!

Keri Thompson, DO

Dr. Thompson

Keri did her undergraduate education at Alma College in Michigan. She subsequently did her medical education at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. When not working as a resident, she enjoyed traveling, music, art, movies and home improvement.

We are also did not let Dr. Thompson leave. She joined Women's Health Consultants and has stayed on staff. We feel fortunate to have her continue to work with residents!
